This project included the entire townhouse section of a larger property that was due for routine rotten wood replacement and exterior painting.

Performed minimal rotten wood replacement.

Painted the entire exterior of the buildings.

The project was brought in on budget. The work was performed in a very timely manner resulting in very little disruption of the residents' day to day lives. This work satisfied the owner's needs with regard to the property's capex schedule. The buildings now have a fresh appearance as well.
