Metal wrap all trim areas and post
Install new vynil siding over existing siding, repairing any damaged areas before.
Re-paint balconies, metal rails and all trim not wraped in metal.

We started by painting all trim areas not to be wrapped in metal as well as balconies and metal rails on every building
All door, window and building trim including fascia board was metal wrapped by our professional installers.
Some exterior walls and columns were repaired before installation of vinyl.
New vinyl was installed on all 22 buildings.
