Project description: The goal of this project was to renovate and upgrade the exteriors of the buildings. This property consisted of 2-story buildings that were brick on the bottom floors and severely deteriorated masonite siding on the top floors.

The renovations consisted of a full siding replacement with premium vinyl siding.

All sliding glass doors were replaced with vinyl, insulated glass sliding doors.

All other elements of the exterior of the building were painted.

The curb appeal was enhanced tremendously as a result of the vinyl siding installation and painting. Additionally, the new sliders increased the energy efficiency of the units. The project was brought in on budget and ahead of schedule.
