This is an older property and both of these buildings were in need of an increased level of security. The buildings had store-front entries that needed to be rebuilt. The roofs had multiple water intrusion issues as well.

All existing roofing materials were torn-off and new felt and shingles were installed.

Two new store-front entries were constructed of aluminum and glass. New glass entry doors with closers were also installed.

Enclosed four open entries at the ends of the buildings to enhance security. Installed steel door frames, jambs and doors with closers and self-locking knobs.

Installed new door closers and spring loaded hinges on 90 existing corridor doors.

Made a number of repairs to the existing steel stair rails on the interior of the buildings.

The goals of this client were achieved on budget and on schedule.
